Local mode (default): Your tasks stay on your device — there's no server involved. Sync mode (optional): Connect your own Supabase database or let us set one up. Either way, you own your data.

What browsers does iZiDo support?

iZiDo works on Chrome and any Chromium-based browser including Edge, Brave, and Arc. Firefox and Safari support is on the roadmap.

Is iZiDo really free? What's the catch?

No catch. The app is free because it runs locally on your device with no server costs. Sync between partners is offered as an affordable optional service. No ads, no data selling, ever.

How does sync work? Do I need to be technical?

Not technical? No problem — for a one-time fee, we set up sync for you. Technical? iZiDo uses Supabase — create a free project, paste two keys, done. SQL migrations are provided.

Why we built iziDo

Meet Danger. He's a Spanish Water Dog, and technically, our project manager.

When we started building businesses together, we were drowning in tools. Notion for this, Trello for that, texts for "hey did you finish the thing?" Our evenings turned into status meetings. Weekends? More planning sessions.

Danger had opinions about this. Specifically, he had opinions about why we weren't at the park. Why we were always on our laptops. Why his walks kept getting shorter.

So we built iziDo: a task manager fast enough to capture an idea in 2 seconds, simple enough that we'd actually use it, and synced so we'd stop asking each other "wait, where are we on that?"

Now we ship more. And Danger gets his walks.
